目的：观察两种雾化吸入方案在慢性支气管炎急性发作期的祛痰效果。方法将慢性支气管炎急性发作期无明显呼吸困难而咳嗽、咯痰明显的患者40例随机分成A组和B组各20例，2组在给予常规处理的基础上加超声雾化吸入，A组药物为地塞米松＋糜蛋白酶＋生理盐水，B组药物为氨溴索＋生理盐水。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 A组不良反应发生率为20％高于B组的5％，B组总有效率为95％高于A组的80％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论与地塞米松＋糜蛋白酶相比，氨溴索雾化吸入对慢性支气管炎急性发作期的祛痰治疗是一种更好的选择。
목적：관찰량충무화흡입방안재만성지기관염급성발작기적거담효과。방법장만성지기관염급성발작기무명현호흡곤난이해수、각담명현적환자40례수궤분성A조화B조각20례，2조재급여상규처리적기출상가초성무화흡입，A조약물위지새미송＋미단백매＋생리염수，B조약물위안추색＋생리염수。비교2조림상료효급불량반응발생정황。결과 A조불량반응발생솔위20％고우B조적5％，B조총유효솔위95％고우A조적80％，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론여지새미송＋미단백매상비，안추색무화흡입대만성지기관염급성발작기적거담치료시일충경호적선택。
Objective To observe the expectorant effect of two aerosol inhalation regimen in treatment of acute exac -erbation of chronic bronchitis .Methods 40 cases of patients with acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis ,without obvious difficulty breathing and cough ,expectoration obviously ,were randomly divided into A group and B group ,each of 20 cases.On the basis of conventional treatment ,two group plus ultrasonic atomization inhalation ,the drugs of A group was dexamethasone +chymotrypsin+saline,B group was ambroxol plus physiological saline .Compared the clinical efficacy and adverse events of two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions of A group was 20%higher than 5%of B group,the total effective rate of B group was 95%higher than 80%of A group,the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the combination of dexamethasone +chymotrypsin ,aerosol inhalation of ambroxol on acute exacerbation of chronic bronchi -tis and expectorant treatment period is a better choice .
