目的：观察饱和剂量阿托伐他汀药物短程冲击治疗对老年高血压患者炎性因子表达的影响。方法将87例老年高血压患者随机分为观察组44例和对照组43例。观察组病患予以饱和剂量他汀类药物进行短程冲击，对照组进行一般临床治疗。比较2组临床疗效及血清hs-CRP、IL-1、IL-6水平。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。治疗后，观察组血清hs-CRP、IL-1及IL-6水平均低于治疗前及对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论饱和剂量他汀类物质对老年高血压病患进行短程冲击，不仅能减少患者血清内炎性因子水平，且显著增加治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰포화제량아탁벌타정약물단정충격치료대노년고혈압환자염성인자표체적영향。방법장87례노년고혈압환자수궤분위관찰조44례화대조조43례。관찰조병환여이포화제량타정류약물진행단정충격，대조조진행일반림상치료。비교2조림상료효급혈청hs-CRP、IL-1、IL-6수평。결과관찰조치료효과우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。치료후，관찰조혈청hs-CRP、IL-1급IL-6수평균저우치료전급대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론포화제량타정류물질대노년고혈압병환진행단정충격，불부능감소환자혈청내염성인자수평，차현저증가치료효과，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe effect of saturated dose statins short-range impact therapy on the expression of in-flammatory factors of senile hypertension .Methods 87 patients with senile hypertension were randomly divided into observa-tion group(44 cases) and control group(43 cases).The observation group was given saturated dose statins short impact thera-py,the control group was given general clinical treatment .The clinical efficacy and serum hs-CRP,IL-1,IL-6 level between the two group were compared .Results The treatment effect of observation group was better than that of control group ,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors of observation group were significantly reduced , and each index was lower than the control group ,the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Saturat-ed dose statins in senile hypertension patients for short-range impact ,not only can reduce the serum levels of inflammatory fac-tors,but also greatly increase the treatment effect .It is worthy of clinical application .
