根据物联网技术的发展与特点,结合企业MES系统的现状与信息化需求,提出并构建了基于激光标识技术的生产质量追溯系统,详述了该系统架构与主要业务模块功能与特点。实践证明,该系统利用激光标识技术跟踪与追溯生产质量信息,是一种具有过程透明、数据实时准确以及技术可行的MES集成解决方案。

According to the characteristics and development of The Internet of Things, taking into account the current situa-tion of MES and the manufacturing informatization requirement in our corporation, one quality traceability system based on laser marking technology is put forward and structured. The system frame and the functions and features of its main business modules are described in detail in this paper. The proactive application shows that the MES system based on laser marking can trace production quality information, which is one of the integrated solutions with transparent process, real time data and available technology.
