在中型试验装置上,以煤焦油全馏分为原料,采用加氢精制-加氢裂化两段法工艺技术路线,对煤焦油原料进行加氢提质,以生产清洁燃料。考察了反应温度、压力、空速和氢油比对加氢精制生成油性质的影响规律;并对加氢精制尾油开展了加氢裂化试验,确定了适宜的加氢裂化工艺条件。结果表明:在适宜的工艺条件下,石脑油和柴油馏分总收率超过95%,其中柴油馏分硫质量分数低于10μg/g、十六烷值接近45。加氢精制催化剂2600 h 运转稳定性考察期间,产品性质保持稳定。本技术实现了煤焦油轻质化、清洁化利用的目的,具备工业长周期运转的条件。

Two-stage hydroupgrading technology was studied in a pilot plant to produce clean trans-portation fuels from full-range fractions of coal tar. The effect of the process parameters,such as tem-perature,hydrogen partial pressure,LHSV and H2 to oil ratio,on the properties of hydrotreated oil was investigated. The hydrocracking process for the hydrotreated tail oil was carried out to determine the ap-propriate conditions. The results indicate that coal tar could be turned into light clean fuels under appro-priate hydro-upgrading conditions and the total yield of naphtha and diesel is more than 95%. The sulfur content in the diesel fraction is less than 10 μg/g and its cetane number is close to 45. The stability test of hydrotreating catalyst is conducted for more than 2 600 h,and the product properties remain stable. The hydro-upgrading results indicate that this technology realizes the purpose of clean utilization for coal tar and could be used in commercial unit for long-term operation.
