详细阐述了煤壁注水在控制瓦斯、煤尘和煤壁片帮等工作面隐患的作用机理,并依此为依据结合21130“三软”煤层工作面实际情况制定了浅孔注水方案,在该工作面实施了注水。试验结果显示,通过煤壁浅孔注水,可有效地降低工作面煤壁片帮程度、工作面瓦斯浓度以及煤尘含量,改善了工作面作业环境,可为工作面高产高效奠定基础。
詳細闡述瞭煤壁註水在控製瓦斯、煤塵和煤壁片幫等工作麵隱患的作用機理,併依此為依據結閤21130“三軟”煤層工作麵實際情況製定瞭淺孔註水方案,在該工作麵實施瞭註水。試驗結果顯示,通過煤壁淺孔註水,可有效地降低工作麵煤壁片幫程度、工作麵瓦斯濃度以及煤塵含量,改善瞭工作麵作業環境,可為工作麵高產高效奠定基礎。
상세천술료매벽주수재공제와사、매진화매벽편방등공작면은환적작용궤리,병의차위의거결합21130“삼연”매층공작면실제정황제정료천공주수방안,재해공작면실시료주수。시험결과현시,통과매벽천공주수,가유효지강저공작면매벽편방정도、공작면와사농도이급매진함량,개선료공작면작업배경,가위공작면고산고효전정기출。
Mechanism has been elaborated of coal-face flooding in control gas ,coal dustand coal wall spalling and other working face risks ,and shallow hole water injection scheme has been formulated on the basis of mechanism and actual situation in the 21130 working face of "Three Soft"coal seam ,and inject water in this working face . The test results display ,with shallow hole injection of coal wall ,which has been reduced the degree effectively in working face coal wall spalling ,working face gas concentration and coal dust content .Working environment has been improved and the foundation has been confirmed of high yield and high efficiency working face .
