非法律专业高职大学生法律意识的培养呈现片段化，碎片化倾向，缺乏主动性，使得他们的法律意识相当朴素。表现在他们对法律知识的知晓度较低，欠缺现代法治的基本理念，对我国现行法律评价失当。培养非法律专业高职大学生的法律意识，要落实依法治校，营造校园法治环境；加强思想教育，培养健康法律心理；积极探索法制教育新模式。

The legal awareness cultivation of the vocational students with Non -legal professional is showing a tendency of frag-mentation,lacking of initiative makes their awareness of the law quite simple.This is reflected in their low degree of legal knowledge,they lack the basic idea of modern law and the improper evaluation of our current legal laws.To cultivate the legal awareness of the vocational college students with non -legal majors,we have to create a legal environment on campus,to strengthen ideological education,to train mental health law and to explore new modes of legal education actively.
