目的：研究玄参科穗花属植物勒马回[Pseudolysimachion linariifolium subsp．dilatatum（Nakai ＆Kitagawa）D．Y．Hong]的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH－20柱色谱的方法进行分离、纯化，通过各种波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离并鉴定了4个化合物，分别为三十一烷、α-生育酚、β-谷甾醇、亚油酸。结论所有化合物均为首次在该植物中分离得到。
목적：연구현삼과수화속식물륵마회[Pseudolysimachion linariifolium subsp．dilatatum（Nakai ＆Kitagawa）D．Y．Hong]적화학성분。방법채용규효、Sephadex LH－20주색보적방법진행분리、순화，통과각충파보기술대화합물진행결구감정。결과분리병감정료4개화합물，분별위삼십일완、α-생육분、β-곡치순、아유산。결론소유화합물균위수차재해식물중분리득도。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Pseudolysimachion linariifolium subsp.dilatatum(Nakai&Kitagawa)D.Y. Hong.Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and identified by a-nalysis of their spectra data.Results Four compounds were obtained and identified as hentriacontane,α-tocopherol,β-sitosterol,linole-ic acid.Conclusions All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
