目的:探讨骨搬移术临床护理路径式教育对骨搬移患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年3月—2013年9月行骨搬移术患者30例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组15例。观察组采用自行设计的骨搬移术临床护理路径式教育记录表,对患者及家属实施完善的健康教育。对照组采用骨科临床护理路径式教育表,对两组患者健康教育掌握程度、依从性、带架时间及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果:两组患者在健康教育掌握程度、依从性、带架时间及并发症发生等方面比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。所选患者均获得随访,随访时间为6~36个月,所有患者均得到骨性愈合,6例患者发生钉道感染(感染率为20%,其中观察组2例,对照组4例),对照组患者发生轻微肌肉萎缩2例。结论:实施骨搬移术临床护理路径式教育可提高患者对骨搬移术疾病相关知识的认知度,从而提高患者的依从性,减少术后并发症的发生,缩短外固定架安置时间,提高患者的生活质量,提高临床治愈率。

목적:탐토골반이술림상호리로경식교육대골반이환자적림상료효。방법:선택2011년3월—2013년9월행골반이술환자30례,수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조15례。관찰조채용자행설계적골반이술림상호리로경식교육기록표,대환자급가속실시완선적건강교육。대조조채용골과림상호리로경식교육표,대량조환자건강교육장악정도、의종성、대가시간급병발증발생정황진행비교。결과:량조환자재건강교육장악정도、의종성、대가시간급병발증발생등방면비교,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。소선환자균획득수방,수방시간위6~36개월,소유환자균득도골성유합,6례환자발생정도감염(감염솔위20%,기중관찰조2례,대조조4례),대조조환자발생경미기육위축2례。결론:실시골반이술림상호리로경식교육가제고환자대골반이술질병상관지식적인지도,종이제고환자적의종성,감소술후병발증적발생,축단외고정가안치시간,제고환자적생활질량,제고림상치유솔。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of nursing path type education for bone removal surgery.Methods:From March 2011 to September 2013,30 patients with routine bone removal surgery included in the study. All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,15 patients in each group. The observation group used bone removal surgery clinical nursing path type education form designed by ourselves,improve the health education for patients and their families. Control group used orthopaedics clinical nursing path type education form. The acceptance rate of health education master de-gree,compliance and follow-up time and complications were compared in two group. Results:The rate of good master degree in health education,the rate of good adherence,with time and complications were difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). All patients were followed up,the average time wass 6 to 36 months,all patients got bony healing,6 patients in nail infec-tion( the infection rate was 20%,the observation group in 2 cases,control group 4 cases),in control group 2 patients occurred mild muscle atrophy. Conclusion:Bone removal surgery clinical nursing path type education can improve the patients of bone removal surgery disease related knowledge awareness,so as to improve the compliance of patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,shorten the external fixator placed time,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the clinical cure rate.
