目的:探讨规范化临床实训教学考评体系中,学员主观评估对于促进课程体系发展、教学软硬件建设的作用。方法以课前预评估及课后反馈评估的方式由学员对课程内容、时间安排、教师讲解能力、态度、对学员关注度、学员收益度及自信心等各方面因素进行主观评估,两组数据分类统计并比较。结果近八成学员未参与过相关临床技能模拟实训,并对课程的效用持积极的主观预期,提高自身的动手操作能力及临床应对能力为主要的参课目的。测血压、血糖、处方医嘱的开具等病房基础(22.0%)及创伤、急救类操作(22.0%)是最受学员期待的课程项目。51.3%的学员认为了解学员的培训需求是预评估的主要目的。目前50%经临床见习阶段的学员见过的基本操作项目不足40.0%,有实际操作经历的仅15.0%。另外,预评估与反馈评估在学员对课程项目的期待及偏好度方面有较好的一致性,反馈评估对课程内容、软硬件及开放性意见方面可获得较完善的主观意见及建议。结论学员主观评估是规范化临床实训教学考评体系中的重要环节,对于促进实训课程发展及其软硬件设施建设有着积极的指导作用。此外,加强医学生实训教学并推进实训教学课程建设很有必要。

Objective Explore during the standard clinical practice course,how Students subjective as-sessment help to promote the development of the practice teaching system in software and hardware. Methods During the practice course,students can evaluate all aspects of the courses by giving pre-e-valuation before class and after class.By collecting and compare two series of data,find out the con-struction result of the courses.Results 80% of the students never attend similar clinical training or skill training before,and they positively expect the training course can improve their operating capa-bility and clinical response capability and this is the main reason they attend the course.Measuring the blood pressure and blood glucose,make a prescription,etc (22%),and trauma emergency operating (22%)are most expected courses by students.51.3% of the students think the main objective of pre-evaluation is explore the training needs of them,currently 50% students who in the clinical probation period only know around 40% of the basic operating programs,and only 15% of them have the actual practice experience.Moreover,regarding students’expectation on the class program and preference, pre-evaluation and feedback evaluation are consistency.Feedback on program content,software and hardware suggestion can help to get comprehensive subjective suggestion and advice.Conclusion Student’s subjective assessment is an important step in the standard clinical practice lesson,it has positive function on improve the practice lesion development and software and hardware construction. Furthermore,it’s important to enhance medical students’practice capability’and it’s necessary to promote the construction of clinical practice course.
