以钠长石、钨酸、氧化锰、氧化铜为原料成功制备了装饰效果良好的低温快烧金属光泽结晶釉。并通过控制变量的方法,研究了釉中各组分及不同工艺因素对釉面效果的影响。并通过 XRD 等测试手段分析了釉中晶相的组成,并初步分析了釉面呈现金属光泽的机理。
以鈉長石、鎢痠、氧化錳、氧化銅為原料成功製備瞭裝飾效果良好的低溫快燒金屬光澤結晶釉。併通過控製變量的方法,研究瞭釉中各組分及不同工藝因素對釉麵效果的影響。併通過 XRD 等測試手段分析瞭釉中晶相的組成,併初步分析瞭釉麵呈現金屬光澤的機理。

This paper is mainly about successfully making metallic luster crystalline glaze at a low temperature and fast burning condition with sodium feldspar,tungsten acid,manganese oxide,copper oxide as raw materials.And the effect was studied in different component of raw material and different process on the glaze by the method of control variables.Crystal phase composition by XRD and the preliminary mechanism of the metallic luster were analyzed.
