根据动植物油的分子结构特征,在近红外区寻找其特征吸收峰,建立动植物油直接测定法。通过测定不同浓度的动植物油标准品,建立动植物油标准曲线,并对方法的精密度、准确度进行测定。通过对几类实际样品的测定验证了该方法的普遍适用性。本方法无需预先分离动植物油,简化了实验操作步骤;同时,对特征吸收峰的测定提高了分析方法的准确度。

A method for direct determination of animal and vegetable oil concentration was established on the basis of looking for its characteristic absorption peak in the near infrared region based on the oil's molecular structure characteris-tics.The accuracy and precision of this method was tested as well.The method was proved to be widely used through testing several categories of real samples.The method was needless to separate the oil from the water,which simplified the experimental steps.In the meantime,the determination of the absorption peak increased the accuracy of the method.
