为提高回转支承齿轮的承载能力,降低断齿风险,研发了鼓形齿回转支承产品。通过分析对比鼓形齿回转支承和直齿回转支承的结构形式,得到鼓形齿回转支承的优点。对该回转支承鼓形齿几何要素及制造方法进行介绍,为今后回转支承的设计提供相关依据。

In order to improve the load capacity for gear of slewing bearing, and reduce the risk of tooth breaking, the drum gear slewing bearing products are developed. Through analyzing and constrasting the structure form of drum gear slewing bearing and straight teeth slewing bearing, the drum gear slewing bearing characteristics are obtained. The geometric elements and manufacturing methods for drum tooth of slewing bearing are introduced to provide relevant basis for designing slewing bearing for the future.
