云南山区自然环境生态脆弱，新建铁路对自然环境存在不同程度的影响。通过分析新建大理至丽江铁路线对环境影响的因素，提出了在施工期间控制环境污染的措施和增加污水处理的设施，以及营运期间加强环境保护的措施，以尽可能地将铁路对环境的影响减少到最小程度。

Natural ecological environment in Yunnan mountainous area was fragile.The new construction railways had different effects on the natural environment.By analyzing the environmental impacts of the new Dali to Lijiang railway line on the both sides of the line,the environmental pollution control measures were pointed out in the con-struction time period.In the same time period,the sewage water treatment facilities should be strengthened.The countermeasures of environmental protection after construction were put forward as well in order that the environ-mental impacts could be decreased to the least.
