随着生产技术与媒体科技的日新月异,人们生活所得与休闲时间大幅提升,社会结构与整体经济产生变化,传统以制造与代工为核心的产业形态,逐渐转向为以服务创新为主的新形式。国际社会中,英国、韩国等国家更是透过发展文化创意产业成功地提升了国家的文化与经济。近年来,在全球金融危机背景下,文化创意产业成为许多国家和地区新的经济增长点,我国也开始注重和培养本国的文化产业产品。
隨著生產技術與媒體科技的日新月異,人們生活所得與休閒時間大幅提升,社會結構與整體經濟產生變化,傳統以製造與代工為覈心的產業形態,逐漸轉嚮為以服務創新為主的新形式。國際社會中,英國、韓國等國傢更是透過髮展文化創意產業成功地提升瞭國傢的文化與經濟。近年來,在全毬金融危機揹景下,文化創意產業成為許多國傢和地區新的經濟增長點,我國也開始註重和培養本國的文化產業產品。

With the development of economical and technology is very quickly, social structure and the whole economical structure have a big change, the traditional industry is tending to the culture and creative industry as a new economical increased point. In the international business, England, Korean and other countries use culture and creative industry to make their economical have a highly growing. Recently years, as a new increased point in the economical industries in most area of the global Chinese companies' begin to pay more attention in the de?velopment of culture and creative industry and improve the national's culture production.
