试验采用重晶石和铁矿石两种重矿石骨料和配重钢骨料配制了强度等级 C30防辐射混凝土,研究不同种类骨料对防辐射混凝土的早期收缩性能影响。结果表明混凝土早期收缩主要发生在加水拌合后的24 h 内,收缩量达72 h 总收缩的90%;用铁矿石配制的防辐射混凝土早期收缩大于重晶石配置的防辐射混凝土早期收缩;钢骨料自身弹性模量大且不吸水,掺入到混凝土中可以降低早期塑性收缩。

시험채용중정석화철광석량충중광석골료화배중강골료배제료강도등급 C30방복사혼응토,연구불동충류골료대방복사혼응토적조기수축성능영향。결과표명혼응토조기수축주요발생재가수반합후적24 h 내,수축량체72 h 총수축적90%;용철광석배제적방복사혼응토조기수축대우중정석배치적방복사혼응토조기수축;강골료자신탄성모량대차불흡수,참입도혼응토중가이강저조기소성수축。
The strength grade C30 radiation protection concrete was made by barite,iron ore,steel grit as aggre-gate.The results show that:the early shrinkage of concrete mainly occurs in the mixed with water within 24 hours,the shrinkage of 24 hours account for 90% of the 72 hours total shrinkage.Iron ore caused by early shrinkage is greater than the barite to cause early shrinkage of radiation protection concrete.Steel grit of elastic modulus is larger than other aggregate and it is not bibulous,when mixed into concrete it can reduce the early plastic shrinkage.
