性侵儿童犯罪是一种极为恶劣的犯罪行为，近年来，性侵儿童案件呈现高发特点。性侵儿童会对受害儿童个人及家庭造成极大伤害，进而对社会产生一系列负面影响。从受害儿童的生理、心理以及以受害家庭伤害程度为切入点，分析性侵儿童案件发生的原因，能够间接了解侵害者行为人与被侵害者两方面的特点，从而找出有效防范性侵儿童的办法，为多方面控制此类案件的发生制定相应的对策，以期对我国防范性侵儿童犯罪有所裨益。
性侵兒童犯罪是一種極為噁劣的犯罪行為，近年來，性侵兒童案件呈現高髮特點。性侵兒童會對受害兒童箇人及傢庭造成極大傷害，進而對社會產生一繫列負麵影響。從受害兒童的生理、心理以及以受害傢庭傷害程度為切入點，分析性侵兒童案件髮生的原因，能夠間接瞭解侵害者行為人與被侵害者兩方麵的特點，從而找齣有效防範性侵兒童的辦法，為多方麵控製此類案件的髮生製定相應的對策，以期對我國防範性侵兒童犯罪有所裨益。

The crime of sexual abuse of children is a kind of extremely harsh criminal acts, in recent years, child?hood sexual abuse cases showed a high incidence characteristic, childhood sexual abuse will cause great harm to the individual and family children, then produce a series of negative effects on society. From the physiological, psychological and children to families of victims of damage degree as the breakthrough point, through the analy?sis of causes of child molestation case analysis, to understand the characteristics of the two aspects of indirect in?fringement behavior person and by the offender, so as to find out the effective way to prevent sexual abuse of chil?dren, formulate corresponding measures for the occurrence of multiple control of such cases, in order to China's crime prevention of child molestation benefit.
