目的:探讨丹参对肺间质纤维化早中期的干预效果及可能机制。方法:将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:手术对照组、模型组、泼尼松治疗组和丹参治疗组。气管内注射博来霉素建立肺间质纤维化大鼠模型,各组大鼠每日分别灌胃服用生理盐水、泼尼松、中药丹参煎剂,共15 d。术后第16天采取各组大鼠肺组织标本,行苏木精—伊红染色法(HE染色)、Van Gieso(VG)染色观察肺组织病理改变,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测其血管内皮生长因子( VEGF)水平。结果:模型组大鼠肺组织发生纤维化改变,而泼尼松治疗组和丹参治疗组的肺组织纤维化病变程度较模型组减轻,VEGF水平降低(P<0.05)。结论:中药丹参水煎剂可减轻肺组织纤维化程度,抑制肺组织VEGF表达上调。

목적:탐토단삼대폐간질섬유화조중기적간예효과급가능궤제。방법:장40지Wistar대서수궤분위4조:수술대조조、모형조、발니송치료조화단삼치료조。기관내주사박래매소건립폐간질섬유화대서모형,각조대서매일분별관위복용생리염수、발니송、중약단삼전제,공15 d。술후제16천채취각조대서폐조직표본,행소목정—이홍염색법(HE염색)、Van Gieso(VG)염색관찰폐조직병리개변,채용매련면역흡부법(ELISA)검측기혈관내피생장인자( VEGF)수평。결과:모형조대서폐조직발생섬유화개변,이발니송치료조화단삼치료조적폐조직섬유화병변정도교모형조감경,VEGF수평강저(P<0.05)。결론:중약단삼수전제가감경폐조직섬유화정도,억제폐조직VEGF표체상조。
Objective:To explore the effects of Danshen on pulmonary fibrosis in the early and middle stages of the dis-ease and their potential mechanism. Methods:Model rats were induced by injecting bleomycin into tracea. 40 Wistar rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups,which were operation control group,model group,prednisone treatment group and danshen treat-ment group. The rats in operation control group were fed with saline everyday,and the rats in Prednsone treatment and danshen treatment group were fed with prednsone and danshen decoction,respectively. After 16 days,the lung tissues were taken out and observed and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF ) were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA ) method. Results:Compared with Model group,the two treatment groups had significantly improvement in lung operating find-ings. VEGF were significantly lower in the two treatment groups than that in model group(P<0. 01). Conclusion:Danshen could improve pulmonary fibrosis and the one of potential mechanisms was despressing the expression of VEGF in the lung tis-sue.
