目的：研究藏药八味石榴散的显微鉴别特征，为质量评价提供资料。方法：通过单味药材粉末、混合粉末显微鉴定，选取较具专属性的显微特征，作为定性鉴别依据，制定显微鉴定方法。结果：通过鉴定花粉粒、分泌细胞、花柱碎片、色素层细胞、石细胞、纤维等对成药中的药味进行定性鉴别。结论：该显微鉴定方法操作简便，快捷，重复性好，可以作为八味石榴散的鉴别及质量控制的有效方法，为藏药标准提供科学依据。
목적：연구장약팔미석류산적현미감별특정，위질량평개제공자료。방법：통과단미약재분말、혼합분말현미감정，선취교구전속성적현미특정，작위정성감별의거，제정현미감정방법。결과：통과감정화분립、분비세포、화주쇄편、색소층세포、석세포、섬유등대성약중적약미진행정성감별。결론：해현미감정방법조작간편，쾌첩，중복성호，가이작위팔미석류산적감별급질량공제적유효방법，위장약표준제공과학의거。
Objectives To study the features of Tibetan medicine Bawei Shiliu powder by microscopic identification,and to pro-vide the quality evaluation standards.Methods By the single drugs powders and mixd powder microscopic indentifications to select the more exclusive of the microscopic characteristics,being a basis for qualitative indentification and formulatng microscopic indentification methods.Results By indentificating pollen,secreting cells,style debris,pifment epithelium cells,stone cells,fiber to determinrd the species of herbs.Conclusions The microscopic identification method is simple,quick,and well repeatable,and could be used as effec-tive methods for the identification and quality control of the Bawei Shiliu Powder.
