我国垃圾产生量已经超过世界垃圾年总产生量的1／4，且每年以10％的速度增长。城市生活垃圾处理不当，不仅会影响生态环境，也会影响社会环境。我国存在公民垃圾分类的意识不够，处理方法存在不足，设施技术水平低、管理体制不完善等问题。政府应高度重视城市生活垃圾的处理问题，应从源头抓起，重视垃圾的分类回收，使产品的销售与消费环节生态化。

With the development of social economy and urbanization level in China,a large number of people are swarming into cities.In the meantime,the municipal refuse is rapidly increasing.China has produced the one -fourth of the total refuse in the whole world.Its total refuse amount is increasing by 10 percent each year.The im-proper disposal of the refuse would impact the ecological and social environment in the long run.Lack of the public awareness of refuse classification and the shortage of disposal infrastructure and the low level of disposal technolo-gies have brought many environmental issues.Therefore,the government should pay much more attention to the municipal refuse.The refuse disposal needed to start from the sources to classify the refuse.An ecological manage-ment should implement in the process of sell and consumption.
