目的：：分析研究门诊部护理不良事件的原因与对策。方法：分析研究门诊部护理出现的不良事件，从而得出具有针对性的护理措施，对照组为没有实行护理对策管理，实验组为实行对于不良事件护理对策管理，对比两组病人护理管理(护理错误的出现率、医患纠纷出现和病人满意程度)的临床效果，与对比两组病人的护理安全比较(意外出现率、药物安全率、并发症出现率)。结果：对比两组病人，发现对照组的护理管理与安全方面全部差于实验组，结果有明显差异(P＜0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：门诊部的病人非常多，护理中发生不良事件的概率较大，对护理质量造成一定影响，实行护理对策管理能够显著提升护理管理质量和安全，可有效的护理避理安全隐患出现。

목적：：분석연구문진부호리불량사건적원인여대책。방법：분석연구문진부호리출현적불량사건，종이득출구유침대성적호리조시，대조조위몰유실행호리대책관리，실험조위실행대우불량사건호리대책관리，대비량조병인호리관리(호리착오적출현솔、의환규분출현화병인만의정도)적림상효과，여대비량조병인적호리안전비교(의외출현솔、약물안전솔、병발증출현솔)。결과：대비량조병인，발현대조조적호리관리여안전방면전부차우실험조，결과유명현차이(P＜0.05)，구유통계학의의。결론：문진부적병인비상다，호리중발생불량사건적개솔교대，대호리질량조성일정영향，실행호리대책관리능구현저제승호리관리질량화안전，가유효적호리피리안전은환출현。
Objective: to analyze the causes and Countermeasures of clinic nursing adverse events. Methods: analysis of adverse events occurred in outpatient department of nursing studies, so as to achieve a targeted nursing, the control group was not implemented the countermeasure of nursing management, the experimental group for the implementation of the nursing countermeasures of management of adverse events, compared two groups of patient care management (nursing error occurrence rate, doctor-patient disputes appear and patient satisfaction) clinical effect of nursing safety, compared with contrast group (two patients, the rate of drug safety rate, incidence of complications occurrence accident). Results: comparing the two groups of patients, found that the nursing management and safety control group is al the difference in the experimental group, the results are significantly different (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: clinic patients very much, adverse events in nursing probability is big, has certain influence to the quality of care, the implementation of nursing measures can significantly enhance the management quality of nursing management and safety, can effectively avoid physical nursing hidden trouble.
