Yinhuang preparations%Total flavonoids%Chlorogenic acid%Baicalin
目的 考察合煎、分煎抗病毒方银黄制剂提取液中总黄酮、绿原酸、黄芩苷的变化,从而为其临床应用提供依据.方法 采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总黄酮;采用反相液相色谱法,Diamonsil (TM)钻石C18柱,5μm(250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相分别以乙腈-0.4％-磷酸(13:87),在327 nm波长处测定绿原酸;甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶ 53∶0.2)在280 nm波长处测定黄芩苷.结果 总黄酮在0.112～0.56 mg、绿原酸在1.14～5.70 μg,黄芩苷0.44～2.20μg范围内线性关系良好,分煎液中总黄酮和黄芩苷的含量明显高于合煎液,合煎液和分煎液中绿原酸的量无明显差别.结论 银黄复方制剂合煎和分煎对有效成分的溶出有影响.
目的 攷察閤煎、分煎抗病毒方銀黃製劑提取液中總黃酮、綠原痠、黃芩苷的變化,從而為其臨床應用提供依據.方法 採用紫外-可見分光光度法測定總黃酮;採用反相液相色譜法,Diamonsil (TM)鑽石C18柱,5μm(250 mm×4.6 mm);流動相分彆以乙腈-0.4％-燐痠(13:87),在327 nm波長處測定綠原痠;甲醇-水-燐痠(47∶ 53∶0.2)在280 nm波長處測定黃芩苷.結果 總黃酮在0.112～0.56 mg、綠原痠在1.14～5.70 μg,黃芩苷0.44～2.20μg範圍內線性關繫良好,分煎液中總黃酮和黃芩苷的含量明顯高于閤煎液,閤煎液和分煎液中綠原痠的量無明顯差彆.結論 銀黃複方製劑閤煎和分煎對有效成分的溶齣有影響.
목적 고찰합전、분전항병독방은황제제제취액중총황동、록원산、황금감적변화,종이위기림상응용제공의거.방법 채용자외-가견분광광도법측정총황동;채용반상액상색보법,Diamonsil (TM)찬석C18주,5μm(250 mm×4.6 mm);류동상분별이을정-0.4％-린산(13:87),재327 nm파장처측정록원산;갑순-수-린산(47∶ 53∶0.2)재280 nm파장처측정황금감.결과 총황동재0.112～0.56 mg、록원산재1.14～5.70 μg,황금감0.44～2.20μg범위내선성관계량호,분전액중총황동화황금감적함량명현고우합전액,합전액화분전액중록원산적량무명현차별.결론 은황복방제제합전화분전대유효성분적용출유영향.
Objective To compare the contents of total flavonoids,chlorogenic acid,baicalin in single medicine decoction and mixed medicine decoction of Yinhuang preparations,so as to provide a scientific basis for clinical application of Yinhuang preparations.Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determinate total flavonoids,chlorogenic acid and baicalin were determined by HPLC.Diamonsil-C 18 column was used,chlorogenic acid was detected at 327 nm and mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.4％ phosphoric (13∶87).Baicalin was detected at 280 nm,and mobile phase was methanolwater-phosphoric acid (47∶53∶0.2).Results The total flavonoids,chlorogenic acid and baicalin all had good linear relationship.The contents of total flavonoids and baicalin in single medicine decoction were obviously higher than those in mixed medicine decoction,and the content of chlorogenic acid had no obvious change.Conclusion The extraction of active components of Yinhuang preparations of different decoctions changes a lot.
