针对电力变压器局部放电超声阵列检测法存在定位精度的问题,建立了一种阵列时延库,该时延库建立的基本思想是以阵列传感器中心阵元为原点,将变压器模型在三维空间以1 cm间距等分成若干网格,在每一个网格交点处假设放电源并求出放电源点到阵列传感器各阵元的时延组建成库,通过基于遗传算法的空间搜索,匹配阵列时延库中与真实阵列时延相似度最高的放电源点作为局放源位置,大量实验研究表明该方法的误差在4 cm之内,定位效果理想,证明了该方法的可行性。

To solve the positioning accuracy problem of the ultrasonic array detection for the partial discharge ( PD) of the power transformer, an array time delay library was established, the basic idea of which is to divide the transformer model into several grids at the intervals of 1 cm in the 3-dimentional space with the center element of the array sensors as the original point of the coordinate system, put a PD source virtually at each grid intersection, calculate the time delay of each element from the PD source to the array sensors and form a library.Through the space search based on the genetic algorithm, the study matched the real array of time delay with the array of delay library, and found the point with the highest similarity and took it as the PD source location.A large number of experimental studies have shown that the errors of the method are within 4cm and the positioning results are satisfactory, which has proved the feasibility of this method.
