焊接专业的高职教育主要培养技术应用型人才，企业实训是培养学生职业技能的核心环节。文章针对在企业实训过程中所遇到的实训基地建设、师资队伍建设、实训内容、实训管理与考核等方面的问题进行了探讨，并就这些问题提出了一些对策，经教学实践证明，具有很好的实训效果。

Higher vocational education of the welding specialty mainly raise technology applied tal‐ents ,and the enterprise training is the core link in the T raining of students’ vocational skills .T he con‐struction of practical training base ,The construction of teaching staff ,Training content ,Training man‐agement and evaluation and other questions of the enterprise training were explored and practised in the paper .T he practice in teaching proves that the reform has achieved satisfactory results .
