采用 AA3型连续流动分析仪测定有机肥料全氮含量,并与行业标准 NY 525-2012测定结果进行比较。结果表明,两种方法无显著性差异。该方法标准曲线相关系数可达1.0000,加标回收率在98.40%~102.8%之间。

Total nitrogen in organic fertilizers was determined by model AA3 continuous flow analyzer, and the results were compared with those by NY 525 - 2012. It showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods. Its coeffi-cient of correlation reached 1. 000 0 and the average recovery of spiked standard was at 98. 40% ~ 102. 8% .
