在过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥和混凝土开发和研究的基础上，设计了年产10万吨过硫磷石膏水泥混凝土生产示范线，通过生产线的建设和试生产，掌握了生产线主要的工艺控制参数，成功生产出 C30等级的路缘石、植草砖、步道砖等多种过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥混凝土制品。示范线的运行结果表明，该生产线设备简单可靠，可大量利用磷石膏，产品具有较强的市场竞争力。
재과류린석고광사수니화혼응토개발화연구적기출상，설계료년산10만둔과류린석고수니혼응토생산시범선，통과생산선적건설화시생산，장악료생산선주요적공예공제삼수，성공생산출 C30등급적로연석、식초전、보도전등다충과류린석고광사수니혼응토제품。시범선적운행결과표명，해생산선설비간단가고，가대량이용린석고，산품구유교강적시장경쟁력。
Based on the researches and developments of excessive-sulfate phosphogypsum-slag-cement and concrete,a demonstrated production line with annual output of 100,000 tons had been designed and built.Through the plant building and trial producing process,manufacturing control parameter of the production line had been studied and determined,three prod-ucts,namely curbside stone,grass planting brick and pedestrian pave brick,had been manufactured successfully in the produc-tion line.The trial producing process shows that the equipment of the production line is efficient and reliable,and a large a-mount of phophogypsum can be utilized,its productions are highly competitive in the local market.
