探究不同的水灰比对过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥(磷石膏基水泥)强度的影响,并通过 XRD、SEM、DSC 对不同水灰比过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥的水化产物、水化过程和机理进行了分析,结果表明:与普通硅酸盐水泥不同,过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥的强度在水灰比0.36时强度最高,继续降低水灰比,水泥强度反而下降。这是由于矿渣是在碱性的液相中溶解和形成水化产物,如果水灰比太低,水在早期形成水化产物而消耗完毕,阻碍了矿渣的后期水化,水化产物减少,从而使强度降低。

탐구불동적수회비대과류린석고광사수니(린석고기수니)강도적영향,병통과 XRD、SEM、DSC 대불동수회비과류린석고광사수니적수화산물、수화과정화궤리진행료분석,결과표명:여보통규산염수니불동,과류린석고광사수니적강도재수회비0.36시강도최고,계속강저수회비,수니강도반이하강。저시유우광사시재감성적액상중용해화형성수화산물,여과수회비태저,수재조기형성수화산물이소모완필,조애료광사적후기수화,수화산물감소,종이사강도강저。
The influences of water-cement ratio(w/c)on the strength of excessive-sulfate phosphogypsum slag ce-ment (PSC)were studied by different w/c mortars experiments and compared with the ordinary portland cement (OPC).The hydration products,hydration process,and microstructure development of PSC paste with different w/c were also discussed by XRD、SEM and DSC analyses.The results show that different from OPC,PSC reaches its high-est strength when w/c is 0.36.But after that,with its w/c decreases,the strength of PSC decreases significantly. During PSC hydration process,slag must be dissolved in alkali solution before it can form hydration products,if w/c is lower than 0.36,all the water will be consumed at early hydration stage,its hydration process in late age will be ham-pered and hydration products decrease.As a result,strength development is affected.
