【目的】探讨血清胆红素水平与非杓型高血压之间的关系。【方法】选择本院2012年3月至2013年12月收治的80例高血压患者，经24 h动态血压监测，分为杓型组（ n ＝50，杓型高血压患者）和非杓型组（ n＝30，非杓型高血压患者），检测比较两组患者的24 h动态血压、血清胆红素（BIL ）、空腹血糖（FPG ）、肌酐（SCr）、总胆固醇（TC）、电解质（Na＋、K＋、Ca2＋）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）水平。【结果】夜间杓型组患者收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）均低于非杓型组，具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．01）；非杓型组患者总胆红素（TBIL）、直接胆红素（DBIL）、间接胆红素（IBIL）水平显著低于杓型组患者（P ＜0．01）；白细胞计数非杓型组显著高于杓型组（P ＜0．01）。【结论】高血压患者中较低血清胆红素水平与非杓型高血压有潜在联系。
【목적】탐토혈청담홍소수평여비표형고혈압지간적관계。【방법】선택본원2012년3월지2013년12월수치적80례고혈압환자，경24 h동태혈압감측，분위표형조（ n ＝50，표형고혈압환자）화비표형조（ n＝30，비표형고혈압환자），검측비교량조환자적24 h동태혈압、혈청담홍소（BIL ）、공복혈당（FPG ）、기항（SCr）、총담고순（TC）、전해질（Na＋、K＋、Ca2＋）、곡초전안매（AST）、곡병전안매（ALT）、감성린산매（ALP）、촉갑상선격소（TSH）수평。【결과】야간표형조환자수축압（SBP）、서장압（DBP）균저우비표형조，구유통계학의의（ P ＜0．01）；비표형조환자총담홍소（TBIL）、직접담홍소（DBIL）、간접담홍소（IBIL）수평현저저우표형조환자（P ＜0．01）；백세포계수비표형조현저고우표형조（P ＜0．01）。【결론】고혈압환자중교저혈청담홍소수평여비표형고혈압유잠재련계。
[Objective]The aim of this study was to compare serum bilirubin levels between dipper and nondipper hypertensive patients .[Method] The present study included 80 hypertensive patients during March 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital who were stratified into two groups with 24 h ambulatory blood pres‐sure monitoring :50 dipper patients and 30 nondipper patients .Comparison of the two groups were detected 24h ambulatory blood pressure ,serum bilirubin ,fasting glucose ,creatinine ,total cholesterol ,electrolytes (Na+ ,K+ ,Ca2+ ) and thyroid‐stimulating hormone level .[Results] under awake ,Total ,direct and indirect serum bilirubin levels were significantly lower among individuals with nondipper hypertension compared with patients with dipper hypertension .[Conclusion] The present study revealed a potential relationship between lower serum bilirubin levels and a nondipping pattern in hypertensive patients .
