为观察中医护理干预对乙肝肝炎的临床治疗效果的影响，文章对入院患者分组进行护理，对照组给予常规治疗护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予以下中医护理：情志护理、饮食指导、用药指导、日常保健指导。结果显示，观察组总有效率为90.00%，对照组总有效率为73.33％，观察组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。最后得出结论：对入院乙型肝炎患者进行中医护理干预，对乙型肝炎患者的治疗效果具有明显的促进作用，值得推广使用。
위관찰중의호리간예대을간간염적림상치료효과적영향，문장대입원환자분조진행호리，대조조급여상규치료호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여이하중의호리：정지호리、음식지도、용약지도、일상보건지도。결과현시，관찰조총유효솔위90.00%，대조조총유효솔위73.33％，관찰조림상치료효과명현우우대조조（P<0.05）。최후득출결론：대입원을형간염환자진행중의호리간예，대을형간염환자적치료효과구유명현적촉진작용，치득추엄사용。
In order to observe the clinical treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing intervention on patients of hepatitis B,the paper grouping of hospitalized patients with care, control group received conventional treatment and care, on the basis of the observation group in the control group given the following TCM nursing, emotional care, dietary advice, medication guide, daily health guidance.The results shows that observation group total effective rate was 90.00%,the total effective rate of control group was 73.33%,the clinical effect of observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The conclusion is that hepatitis B patients were hospitalized in TCM nursing interventions, the treatment effect of patients with hepatitis B has an obvious role in promoting, it should be introduced.
