文章设计了动模板驱动式T型槽斜向抽芯脱模结构,克服了斜导柱抽芯脱模结构及气缸/油缸抽芯脱模结构的缺点,尽可能利用模具已有条件降低模具的制造难度和生产成本,顺利地实现了塑料制品模塑成型时动模侧斜角度抽芯需要,设计结构简单,操作方便,工作稳定,安全可靠。

The paper designs a kind of dynamic template-driven T-slot diagonal pulling ejection structure , which overcomes the bevel pillar core pulling ejection mechanism and cylinder drawback / cylinder pulling ejection mechanism. It uses existing conditions as far as possible to reduce the difficulty of making a mold and the mold production costs, the successful realization of the moving mold plastic molding when skewed angle pulling needs, this design is a simple structure, easy operation, stable, safe and reliable.
