【目的】分析髓系来源的抑制性细胞(MDSCs)在多发性骨髓瘤患者外周血中的分布,初步探讨其临床意义。【方法】采用流式细胞术检测46例多发性骨髓瘤患者及20例健康人外周血中 MDSCs的比例,分析MD‐SCs比例与临床病理特征和CD4+CD25+ CD127‐/low调节性T细胞(T reg )的关系。【结果】与正常对照组(2.49±0.83)%相比,多发性骨髓瘤患者外周血中MDSCs比例(6.88±3.33)%明显增加,且两组相比较差异有显著性( P <0.01);化疗后21例达缓解的患者外周血中MDSCs的比例(3.65±1.82)%明显下降,与化疗前(6.64±3.34)%比较有统计学意义( P <0.01);MDSCs水平与多发性骨髓瘤患者的乳酸脱氢酶水平、血肌酐水平和肿瘤临床分期呈明显正相关( P <0.05),但 MDSCs水平与 Treg无明显相关性。【结论】多发性骨髓瘤患者外周血MDSCs细胞水平明显升高,可能与肿瘤发生发展密切相关。

【목적】분석수계래원적억제성세포(MDSCs)재다발성골수류환자외주혈중적분포,초보탐토기림상의의。【방법】채용류식세포술검측46례다발성골수류환자급20례건강인외주혈중 MDSCs적비례,분석MD‐SCs비례여림상병리특정화CD4+CD25+ CD127‐/low조절성T세포(T reg )적관계。【결과】여정상대조조(2.49±0.83)%상비,다발성골수류환자외주혈중MDSCs비례(6.88±3.33)%명현증가,차량조상비교차이유현저성( P <0.01);화료후21례체완해적환자외주혈중MDSCs적비례(3.65±1.82)%명현하강,여화료전(6.64±3.34)%비교유통계학의의( P <0.01);MDSCs수평여다발성골수류환자적유산탈경매수평、혈기항수평화종류림상분기정명현정상관( P <0.05),단 MDSCs수평여 Treg무명현상관성。【결론】다발성골수류환자외주혈MDSCs세포수평명현승고,가능여종류발생발전밀절상관。
[Objective] To explore the prevalence of myeloid‐derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in peripheral blood of patients with multiple myeloma .[Methods] Flow cytometry was used to evaluate the prevalence of MD‐SCs in peripheral blood of 46 patient with multiple myeloma and 20 healthy people .Also the change of the frequen‐cy of MDSCs in peripheral blood of 21 patients before and after chemotherapy .Furthermore ,the relationship be‐tween peripheral blood MDSCs level and pathological characteristics and the prevalence of Tregs was determined statistically .[Results] Compared with normal control ,the prevalence of MDSCs in peripheral blood of patients with multiple myeloma highly increased [(6 .88 ± 3 .33)% vs(2 .49 ± 0 .83)% ,P <0 .01] .After chemotherapy , the frequency of MDSCs decreased ( P <0 .01) .And MDSCs were significantly associated with serum lactate de‐hydrogenase concentration ,serum creatinine concentration and tumor stage ( P <0 .05) .However ,no significant correlation existed between circulating MDSCs and the prevalence of Tregs .[Conclusion] The prevalence of MD‐SCs increases in peripheral blood of patients with multiple myeloma .And these cells may negatively regulate the antitumor immune responses .
