【目的】比较紫杉醇与顺铂治疗中晚期子宫颈癌患者的疗效。【方法】选取在本院接受化疗的子宫颈癌患者80例，根据化疗药物不同分为紫杉醇组和顺铂组，比较两组患者的近期疗效（治疗有效率）和远期疗效（1年后、2年后、3年后的总生存率和无瘤生存率）。【结果】紫杉醇组的有效率为95．00％（38／40），显著高于顺铂组75．00（30／40），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。紫杉醇组治疗1年后、2年后、3年后的总生存率和无瘤生存率均明显优于顺铂组（ P＜0．05）。【结论】紫杉醇对中晚期子宫颈癌患者的化疗效果明显优于顺铂，值得临床推广应用。
【목적】비교자삼순여순박치료중만기자궁경암환자적료효。【방법】선취재본원접수화료적자궁경암환자80례，근거화료약물불동분위자삼순조화순박조，비교량조환자적근기료효（치료유효솔）화원기료효（1년후、2년후、3년후적총생존솔화무류생존솔）。【결과】자삼순조적유효솔위95．00％（38／40），현저고우순박조75．00（30／40），차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。자삼순조치료1년후、2년후、3년후적총생존솔화무류생존솔균명현우우순박조（ P＜0．05）。【결론】자삼순대중만기자궁경암환자적화료효과명현우우순박，치득림상추엄응용。
[Objective] To compare the efficacies of different synchronous chemotherapeutic schemes for cervi‐cal cancer patients .[Methods] A total of 80 cervical cancer patients were divided randomly into two groups of pa‐clitaxel and cisplatin .And the therapeutic efficacies of two groups were compared .[Results] The paclitaxel group was superior to cisplatin group in near and long‐term efficacies and adverse events .The effective rate was higher in paclitaxel group than that in cisplatin group (95 .00% ,38/40 vs 75 .00% ,30/40) .And the difference had statisti‐cal significance .At 1 ,2 and 3 years after treatment ,the rates of overall survival and tumor‐free survival for pacli‐taxel group in were markedly superior than those for cisplatin group ( P <0 .05) .[Conclusion] For locally ad‐vanced cervical cancer patients ,the chemotherapeutic efficacies of paclitaxel are superior to those of cisplatin .
