Based on the Experimental Course Construction of Microbial genetics and breeding, open experiment mode was adopted in the experiments. Teaching mode was: taking the students as the main body, taking group to design and organize the experiment under the guidance of teachers. These are important for improving students’ comprehensive quality, cultivating the innovation ability of students and changing course teaching mode.
