结合上海东海大桥连接段海堤公路路面养护工程,对PCI指标不适用于评价海堤高速公路实际路面状况的原因进行了分析,并研究了美国佛罗里达州路面损坏评价指标和路面裂缝率指标的适用性。研究结果表明:PCI评价结果偏高,且在日常路面养护管理工作中缺乏指导性;美国佛罗里达评价方法不适合评价海堤高速公路的路面状况。建议在PCI指标的基础上,缩短评价单元,采用裂缝率指标指导海堤高速公路日常路面评价和养护。

Based on the data from a maintenance proj ect of the sea-wall expressway on Shanghai Dong-hai Bridge connecting section,the reason why PCI is not applicable for evaluating sea-wall expressway pavement condition and the applicability of American Florida State pavement condition evaluation in-dex and crack percent index are analyzed in this paper.The study result shows that PCI provides a higher result rather than the actual condition and contributes less guidance to pavement daily mainte-nance work.American Florida State pavement condition evaluation method is neither applicable to e-valuate sea-wall expressway pavement condition.It is recommended that,on the basis of PCI,length of evaluating unit should be shortened and crack percent be used as the index for sea-wall expressway pavement condition evaluation and maintenance.
