目的：探讨住院患者痰液标本不合格的原因，利用品管圈活动提高住院患者痰液标本合格率。方法：组成品管圈，设计活动计划表，进行现状把握，设定目标，分析原因，制定实施对策，与未执行品管圈活动前的痰液标本合格情况进行效果比较。结果：实施品管圈活动进行质量改进后，痰液标本合格率由原来的49%提高到82%，活动前后比较，差异有统计学意义（p ﹤0.01）。结论：采用品管圈方法对住院患者痰液标本工作进行质量管理，有利于提高痰液标本的合格率。

Objective Ti investigate the reasin if unqualified Sputum with hispitalized patients,and take advantage if Quality Cintril Circle(QCC)ti imprive the acceptability if Sputum. Method Ti cinstitute the QCC,design the schedule,investigatiin and setting target,A-nalysis reasin and implementing,cimpare the acceptability if Sputum befire QCC. Results QCC imprived the quality if Sputum,the accepta-bility if Sputum increased frim 49 ti 82 percent,The difference was statistically significant(p ﹤0. 01). Conclusion QCC manages the quality if Sputum with hispitalized patients,which helps ti imprive the acceptability if Sputum.
