本文在人因学视角下,研究小学教师,特别是语文教师对小学课文插图的认识及使用情况。通过阅读大量文献基础上自编调查问卷,对250名小学教师对课文插图的认识及使用现状进行了调查。结果表明,从总体上看教师对课文插图满意度较高,但对课文插图的安全性就多了一些疑虑。从课文插图使用现状绩效分析表明,任教学科及任教年级不同的教师,对个别课文插图功能的认识和使用上有差异。最重要的是,即便绝大多数小学语文教师认识到插图所有的功能,却没有将课文插图充分运用于实际教学中。据此,本文提出以下建议:确保课文插图安全;重视使用课文插图;提高教师使用插图的素养;建立插图教学模式,以便更好地促进小学课文插图教学。

This essay focuses on the understanding and utilities of text illustrations among primary school teachers, especially Chinese teachers, and also analyses the reasons that teachers rarely use text illustrations. This study used questionnaires, which was self-made in the view of Ergonomics, as well as based on a large amount of documents on text-illustrations, to explore the understandings and utilities of text illustrations among primary school teachers. There are 250 primary school teachers participated in this survey. The results showed that most of teachers were satisfied with the text illustrations in general, but there were some doubts on the safety of them. Furthermore, the results of analyzing the use of text illustrations among Chinese teachers suggested that although teachers could understand all kinds of functions of text illustrations, it is rare for Chinese teachers to apply illustrations into their actual classes. There is difference in understanding and utilities of text illustrations between different subject teachers, either between different grade teachers. We proposed four suggestions for teaching: ensuring the safety of text illustrations in editing, prompting Chinese teacher’ concept on the importance of using text illustrations, developing teachers’ self-quality in illustration using, and improving the teaching method in using text illustrations.
