随着教育信息化的发展，高校门户网站的建设和管理也得到了增强。高校网站作为高校内外服务的窗口，其运行好坏直接关系到高校的管理水平和公众形象。在高校网站的运行建设中，高校网站的评价是不可缺少的一个重要环节。平衡记分卡作为战略绩效管理工具已广泛应用于企业管理中，对高校网站的绩效评价也有较好的借鉴意义。发挥平衡记分卡的优势，搭建高校网站绩效评价体系，能够提升高校网站的管理水平。

With the development of educational informationization, the construction and management of portal websites of higher education institutions have been reinforced. As the window of internal and external service of higher education institutions, the operation of portal website has direct influence on the management level and public image of its management level. In the operation and construction of websites of higher education institutions, the assessment of it is an indispensable link. Balance Scott Card, as a tool of strategic management has been practiced in the business management, which is of great reference significance for the performance evaluation of higher education institution website. Taking advantage of Balanced Sore Card and establishing performance evaluation system for websites of higher education institutions could improve its management level.
