采用转体施工的大跨度不对称独塔斜拉桥,具有转体吨位大、转体伸臂长、转体梁重不平衡、转盘以上结构较高等特点,转体施工是其控制性风险因素。文中依托龙岩大桥,针对不对称转体施工独塔斜拉桥,构思了适用于该类桥式的合理转体平衡状态和优化思路;基于非线性空间有限元手段,采用非线性影响矩阵技术,实现了龙岩大桥转体平衡状态的优化,为该类桥式大吨位转体施工的顺利实施提供了技术支撑。

With the characteristics of great swiveling weight,long swiveled cantilever,unbalanced swiveling girder weight and great structure height above the pile cap,the greatest risk factor is the whole process of swivel construction for the long-span single-pylon cable-stayed bridge erected by swivel construction technology.In this paper,based on the background of Longyan Bridge,an ideal swivel balanced state which is fit for asymmetric steel box girder single-pylon cable-stayed bridges is conceived,and also an optimization method is presented.The proposed swivel balanced state is real-ized by nonlinear three-dimensional finite element method and nonlinear influence matrix technique which ensures the smooth operation of large-tonnage swivel construction.
