Objective To investigate the changes of serum pulmonary surfactant protein and CD molecules levels in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia and their clinical significance. Methods A total of 168 children of Mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected as observation group, and 151 children of vaccination in the same period were enrolled as the control group. The children's serum pulmonary surfactant protein and CD molecules content were compared between the two groups. Results (1) The levels of se-rum pulmonary surfactant protein A, B, C, D were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05);(2) The levels of serum CD11b, CD4+CD25+Treg in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the levels of CD19, CD4, CD4/CD8 were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Children with Mycoplasma pneumonia have increased serum pulmonary surfactant protein levels and dis-ordered CD molecules expression, which can be used to guide clinical treatment and judge prognosis.
