目的：探讨腹膜后神经鞘瘤的CT表现特征，提高CT诊断水平。方法回顾性分析7例病理证实并有完整CT图像的患者资料，所有患者均行平扫及增强扫描，5例进行多平面重建，分析其影像表现及强化特征。结果7例腹膜后神经鞘瘤全部单发，最大径平均约5.7 cm，病灶呈类圆形，其中有分叶2例，出现钙化2例。增强扫描均为门脉期强化值最高，延迟期则缓慢下降。结论螺旋CT平扫加多期增强可对腹膜后神经鞘瘤进行初步诊断，多平面重建能提供更多诊断信息。

Objective To investigate the CT features of retroperitoneal schwannomas so as to improve CT di-agnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 7 cases with pathological findings and complete CT images were ana-lyzed. All patients were performed plain and enhanced scan, among which five were performed multi-planar recon-struction. Then performances and enhanced imaging characteristics were analyzed. Results The 7 cases of retroperi-toneal schwannomas were all single, with an average of maximum diameter about 5.7 cm, round lesions. Two of them were lobulated. Calcifications were found in 2 cases. In terms of enhanced scan, highest value was found in portal phase, and the slow decline was found in the delay phase. Conclusion Spiral CT scan and multi-phase enhancement can provide preliminary diagnosis on retroperitoneal schwannomas, and multi-planar reconstruction can provide more diagnostic information.
