红外热像测试技术是利用物体不同区域红外热辐射差异，把物体不可见热辐射转换为可视图像的技术。作为无损检测技术，红外热像测试技术以其快速、便捷等特点在工程中被广泛的应用。简单介绍了红外热像技术的测试原理以及试验装置，然后从建筑节能、结构损伤监测和建筑物表面裂缝探测等几个方面综述最新理论研究正果和试验，并对需要进一步研究的问题提出建议。

Infrared thermography technique can convert the infrared radiation of object which is invisible into visible.As a nondestruc-tive testing technology,infrared thermograph testing technology is widely applied for its advantages of rapidity and simplicity.This paper briefly describes the principle of infrared thermograph testing technology and experimental device,and then illustrates the latest applica-tion situation with living examples from several aspects,such as:building energy - saving,environmental corrosion evaluation and the detection of surface cracks,as well as puts forward suggestions about the problems which need to be studied further.
