我国西北、西南严酷地区气候干燥,风沙多,温差大,日照长,紫外线强,道面混凝土施工时表面失水快,做面拉毛困难,容易出现裂纹、裂缝。在分析早期裂纹产生原因的基础上,从原材料选择,混凝土配合比设计,施工工艺过程和时间节点等方面,提出了相应的关键技术要求和措施,配制并铺筑强度储备高、表面品质好、使用寿命长的高性能混凝土道面。

In the northwest and southwest inclement zone,the dry climate,much of sand and wind,high difference in temperature,the long sunlight and strong ultraviolet radiation,so during of the construction,the surface evaporation of pavement concrete was great,and the early crack appeared likely and deal with the surface difficultly,the roughness was uncontrollable. Based on the reason of early crack,it put forward the key construction technology and measures in the aspect of the material choice,concrete mix proportion design, construction processes and time control to make and paving high strengthen,even inside,good roughness,long - life high - performance concrete pavement.
