针对当前煤炭行业对电气专业人才的需求，讨论了煤矿电气专业实习基地建设面临的问题。以山东科技大学和山东能源集团的合作为例，介绍了解决实习基地的合作方式和运行机制、实践教学方案制定以及“双师型”教师培养等问题的主要措施。

In connection with the needs of electriifcation professionals, the problems of the construction of coal mine electrical major practice base were discussed in this article. Taking the example of the cooperation between Shandong university of Science and Technology and Shandong Energy Group, this article put forward the solutions of practice base’s cooperation mode and operation mechanism, practical teaching scheme and the construction of double-professional teachers.
