在分析复合系统脆弱性的基础上,运用熵值法及理想解(TOPSIS)法构建涵盖经济、环境、社会三个子系统多个敏感性及应对能力指标的资源型城市 E-E-S 复合系统脆弱性评价模型,并以东营为例进行实证分析。结果表明,10年来,东营市 E-E-S 复合系统的脆弱性均在不断地波动之中,其社会子系统脆弱性呈现逐年下降趋势,经济子系统脆弱性呈现“倒 U 型”特征,环境子系统脆弱性居高不下,这是东营市 E-E-S 复合系统脆弱性的主要诱因。
在分析複閤繫統脆弱性的基礎上,運用熵值法及理想解(TOPSIS)法構建涵蓋經濟、環境、社會三箇子繫統多箇敏感性及應對能力指標的資源型城市 E-E-S 複閤繫統脆弱性評價模型,併以東營為例進行實證分析。結果錶明,10年來,東營市 E-E-S 複閤繫統的脆弱性均在不斷地波動之中,其社會子繫統脆弱性呈現逐年下降趨勢,經濟子繫統脆弱性呈現“倒 U 型”特徵,環境子繫統脆弱性居高不下,這是東營市 E-E-S 複閤繫統脆弱性的主要誘因。

Based on the analysis of composite system vulnerability, the paper uses entropy and TOPSIS ( Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) method to build the vulnerability assessment model of resource cities' E-E-S composite system, which covers the economy, society and environment sub-systems. And a case study is taken of Dongying City, whose results show that the vulnerability of the E-E-S composite system has been in constant fluctuation in the past 10 years. The society system vul-nerability has been decreasing year by year, the economy system vulnerability has been showing the characteristic of inverted U-shape while the environment system vulnerability has been always in high level in the past 10 years, which has been the key cause of the com-posite system vulnerability in Dongying City.
