目的:探讨2型糖尿病并发脑卒中血清学指标的检测及临床意义。方法选取糖尿病合并脑卒中患者65例,其中脑出血20例,脑梗死45例以及30例正常健康对照,比较各组间、FIB、DD、WBC、RDW、PDW、TG、TC的差异。结果糖尿病脑卒中组 WBC、FIB、DD、TC、TG与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病脑卒中组RDW、PDW与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);WBC、FIB、DD、TC、TG、RDW、PDW在糖尿病脑梗死与糖尿病脑出血组比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论 FIB、DD、WBC、TG、TC作为2型糖尿病脑卒中的危险因素,对脑血管病的发生、发展及预后具有重要的参考价值。

목적:탐토2형당뇨병병발뇌졸중혈청학지표적검측급림상의의。방법선취당뇨병합병뇌졸중환자65례,기중뇌출혈20례,뇌경사45례이급30례정상건강대조,비교각조간、FIB、DD、WBC、RDW、PDW、TG、TC적차이。결과당뇨병뇌졸중조 WBC、FIB、DD、TC、TG여정상조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);당뇨병뇌졸중조RDW、PDW여정상조비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);WBC、FIB、DD、TC、TG、RDW、PDW재당뇨병뇌경사여당뇨병뇌출혈조비교,차이무통계학의의( P>0.05)。결론 FIB、DD、WBC、TG、TC작위2형당뇨병뇌졸중적위험인소,대뇌혈관병적발생、발전급예후구유중요적삼고개치。
ObjectiveToinvestigatethedetectionandclinicalsignificanceonserumindexinpatients suffering type 2 diabetes mellitus ( DM) complicated with stroke .Methods Totally 65 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with stroke , including 20 cases of cerebral hemorrhage , 45 cases of cerebral infarction and 30 cases of normal controls, were selected to compare differences between groups with FIB , DD, WBC, RDW, PDW, TG, TC. Rseults The comparisons of WBC , FIB, DD, TC, TG among the group of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with stroke and the normal group were significantly different ( P<0.05);the comparisons of RDW , PDW among them was not different significantly (P>0.05); the comparisons of WBC, FIB, DD, TC, TG, RDW, PDW among the group of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage were not different significantly (P>0.05).Conclusion FIB, DD, WBC, TG, TC as risk factors in patients suffering type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with stroke , which have important reference value in the development and prognosis of cerebrovascular disease .
