当前,由于磷肥厂副产物氟硅酸盐产量大,利用率不高,仅有10%左右的氟硅酸盐可以回收利用,无经济效益,只能选择排放从而造成水污染。利用磷肥生产企业副产品制备的氟硅酸盐为主要原材料,按照一定的比例掺入到混凝土中可以有效改善混凝土的强度和硬度,进而改善混凝土的耐久性。从水泥凝结时间、水泥胶砂流动度及强度、混凝土拌合性能及强度等方面研究了氟硅酸盐对混凝土的增强性能,并通过 XRD、SEM 等微观测试手段对氟硅酸盐的作用机理进行了分析。

Currently,fluosilicate is a by - product of phosphate fertilizer production,only about 10% of the fluorosilicate can be recy-cled,has a lagre output,low uptake,and no economic benefit.The only way to dispose it is dischargeing into water,thus cause the water pollution.Fluosilicate is prepared from by - product of phosphate fertilizer production as the basic materal.The strength and hardness of concrete can be effectively improved according to a certain amount of fluorosilicate mixed in the concrete,thereby improving the dura-bility of concrete.The enhanced performance of fluorosilicate was studied from the setting time of cement,fluidity and strength of mor-tar,mixing performance and strength of concrete.The enhanced mechanism of fluorosilicate in concretet was studied by means of XRD and SEM and so on.
