建设数字化社区已经成为现代社区建设的重要内容和标志，也成为现代社区建设中的热门课题。数字化学习社区建设，既是教育发展和社区发展规划的重要内容，又是构建终身教育体系，形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会的重要载体，在全国掀起了建设热潮。然而，在加速社区信息化、数字化的进程中，开发建立了很多独立但功能相似的社区数字化学习平台，导致了重复建设和资源浪费。数字化社区建设，如何进行总体规划、科学发展，社区数字化学习平台、学习资源如何整合优化，正在成为学界思考的重要问题。

The construction of digitized learning communities becomes an important content and symbol as well as a hot subject of the construction of modern communities .The construction of digitized learning community is not only the important content of the education development and the development and planning of community ,but also the carrier of building lifetime education system ,forming a society of national learning and lifetime learning ,leading a wave of constructing digitized learning community for the whole nation .However ,in the process of accelerating the digitization and informatization of communities ,developing digitized learning communities with independent but similar functionalities leads to the repetitive construction and waste of resources .Upon the construction of digitized communi‐ties ,questions of how to make overall planning ,how to develop scientifically and how to integrate and optimize the communities’ digitized learning platform and learning resources become very significant in the academic circle .
