研究了水泥增效剂对水泥及混凝土相关性能的影响。试验结果表明:水泥增效剂的掺入,显著提高了水泥基材料的力学性能:水泥胶砂试块1 d 时的抗压强度和抗折强度分别增加149%和176%,28 d 时分别增加29%和44%;混凝土材料28 d 时的抗压强度和抗折强度分别提高34%和42%,折压比达到12.8%。水泥增效剂在水化早期快速水化形成钙矾石,具有促凝作用,针状钙矾石交叉连接形成网络状结构,有利于胶凝材料力学性能的改善。增效剂对水泥后期水化过程的影响作用甚微。

Effects of the cement synergist on the properties of cement - based materials were researched.The results show that the ce-ment synergist can significantly improve the mechanical properties of cement - based materials.When added 5%(in weight)cement syn-ergist into the ordinary cement,the compressive strength and the flexural strength of cement mortars in 1 d increase by 149%and 176%respectively,and that increase by 29%and 44%in 28d respectively.The compressive strength and the flexural strength of the concrete in 28 d increase by 34%and 42%respectively when 5%(in weight)of cement was replaced by the cement synergist,and the flexural com-pression ratio is 12.8%.The cement synergist can hydrate rapidly in 1 d which form ettringite and shorten the setting time.The needle -like ettringite cross connects taking the form of three - dimensional networks,which improve mechanical property of the cement - based materials.The effect of the cement synergist on the later hydration of cement paste may be negligible.
