对转炉钢渣代碎石混凝土和普通碎石混凝土做了对比试验研究,讨论了不同代碎石率及不同水胶比条件下钢渣粗骨料混凝土的配合性能和力学性能。试验结果表明:在相同配合比条件下,要配出与普通混凝土流动性相同的钢渣代碎石混凝土,需增大水和减水剂的用量;且随着水胶比的增大,所需水和减水剂用量逐渐增多;混凝土拌合物含气量随钢渣代碎石率的增加而增大。与普通混凝土相比,钢渣代碎石混凝土抗压强度早期增长率基本相同,龄期90 d 后钢渣代碎石率越高,抗压强度增长越快;且随着水胶比的降低,钢渣代碎石混凝土后期抗压强度增长率更高;钢渣代碎石混凝土龄期90 d 的劈裂抗拉强度与普通混凝土相比较没有明显的差异。

The mix proportion and mechanical performance of steel slag as coarse aggregates in the condition of different generation of gravel ratio and different water binder ratio was discussed,which did the contrast test researched between the converter steel slag con-crete and ordinary concrete.The results show that the amount of water and water reducing agent are needed to increase to produce the same flowing property as the ordinary concrete of steel slag concrete.And with the addition of the water binder ratio,the dosage of water and water reducing agent are gradually increasing.The concrete mixture air content increases with the increasing of the generation of gravel ratio.Compared with the ordinary concrete,the early stage compressive strength of steel slag concrete has the same rate and the higher the ratio of steel slag generation of rubble in 90 d,the compressive strength of the grow faster.With the reduction of water binder ratio,the compressive strength′s aigrowth rate is higher in the late stage.There are few significant differences in the 90d splitting tensile strength between steel slag concrete and ordinary concrete.
