针对当前机务段普遍使用的电力机车受电弓检测平台效率低下、误差较大的问题,研制一种由平台上位机和平台下位机组成的检测平台,实现对受电弓静态特性的精确测量和辅修期内对电力机车车顶受电弓的全面检测,使受电弓的检测过程更加智能、简单,降低工作人员劳动强度,提高生产效率。
針對噹前機務段普遍使用的電力機車受電弓檢測平檯效率低下、誤差較大的問題,研製一種由平檯上位機和平檯下位機組成的檢測平檯,實現對受電弓靜態特性的精確測量和輔脩期內對電力機車車頂受電弓的全麵檢測,使受電弓的檢測過程更加智能、簡單,降低工作人員勞動彊度,提高生產效率。

With a view to the low efficiency and great errors in the pantograph detection platform for electric locomotives that are widely adopted by existing locomotive depots,a detection platform consisting of a host computer and a slave computer is developed,which can accurately measure static pantograph characteristics and thoroughly detect roof pantograph in electric locomotives during auxiliary repair. In such a case,the pantograph detection process shall become more intelligent and simpler,thus reducing the labor intensity and improve production efficiency.
