由尖孢镰刀菌亚麻专化型[Fusarium oxysporum Schl．f．sp．lini （Bolley）]引起的亚麻枯萎病是我国亚麻主产区重要的真菌病害之一。本文对尖孢镰刀菌亚麻专化性病菌的生长和产毒条件进行研究，结果表明：病菌在6种不同培养液中均能生长和产毒，其中 MS 无机盐＋蔗糖培养液最利于菌丝生长，Armstrong 镰刀菌培养液最利于孢子生长，Richard 培养液最适合产毒。病菌最适生长培养条件为25℃、24小时连续黑暗、PH 值为7、25～30天；病菌产毒最适培养条件为30℃、24小时连续光照、PH 值为7、培养30天。

Flax Wilt Pathogen [Fusarium oxysporum Schl.f.sp.lini (Bolley)]is one of the fungal diseases in main flax planting areas of China.This paper describes a research on the optimal culture con-ditions of the growth and toxin production of flax wilt pathogen,results show that this fungal can grow and produce toxin in six different liquid media,among which MS salts +sucrose liquid is the most suitable for mycelial growth,Armstrong sickle is the most suitable for spore growth,Richard medium is the most suitable for producing toxin.The most suitable culture conditions for the growth of Fusarium oxysporum are 25℃,24 hours of continuous darkness,pH7,and 25 -30 days.The optimal culture conditions of producing toxin are 30 ℃,24 hours of continuous light,pH7,and 30 days.
